She received more votes in the wrong places. Hillary won the actual vote by a minuscule .0004 votes but lost the Electoral Vote because she won in some places by fewer votes than Trump and Trump won in other places by far more votes.
The Electoral College is supposed to work that way. The Electoral College Electors can vote for Hillary but the people will revolt more than the little snowflakes who love crooked Hillary.
