Subterfuge, fraud, deceit, and deception are the fuel for the engines of political power. The Presidency of the United States is cloaked behind a political party.  No president gets elected without the voters being influenced by the intelligentsia  and the quotidian. The influence is lifelong. The people are certainly mislead. The influence is the crime. The prize is the power. The fraud is “the issues” as framed by the candidates. Deceit is the back story. “I will Serve” is deception. “I will control” is the true story. Control needs power.  Power provides control

Obamacare is un-Constitutional except as a tax. The conclusion is accepted even though few read the opinion which condemned everything about Obamacare except for the tax. The tax became the trigger for the control. Why did U.S. Justice Roberts decide The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional except as a tax when there is no way to enact the tax without implementing the unconstitutional controls?

The Constitution makes it the duty of government to protect the rights of each individual. Forcing a purchase is therefore against the constitution on several grounds such as the right to property, the right to decide and the right to engage in individual actions.

What is a Right?

“A “right” is a moral principle defining and sanctioning a man’s freedom of action in a social context. There is only one fundamental right (all the others are its consequences or corollaries): a man’s right to his own life. Life is a process of self-sustaining and self-generated action; the right to life means the right to engage in self-sustaining and self-generated action—which means: the freedom to take all the actions required by the nature of a rational being for the support, the furtherance, the fulfillment and the enjoyment of his own life. (Such is the meaning of the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.)

The concept of a “right” pertains only to action—specifically, to freedom of action. It means freedom from physical compulsion, coercion or interference by other men.

Thus, for every individual, a right is the moral sanction of a positive—of his freedom to act on his own judgment, for his own goals, by his own voluntary, uncoerced choice. As to his neighbors, his rights impose no obligations on them except of a negative kind: to abstain from violating his rights.

The right to life is the source of all rights—and the right to property is their only implementation. Without property rights, no other rights are possible. Since man has to sustain his life by his own effort, the man who has no right to the product of his effort has no means to sustain his life. The man who produces while others dispose of his product, is a slave.

Bear in mind that the right to property is a right to action, like all the others: it is not the right to an object, but to the action and the consequences of producing or earning that object. It is not a guarantee that a man will earn any property, but only a guarantee that he will own it if he earns it. It is the right to gain, to keep, to use and to dispose of material values.”

That’s the most succinct summary of Individual Rights that exists. Count the ways PPACA violates the Rights of each individual.

The PPACA taxes people who do not have a need for health care. It taxes people who cannot afford health care. It even taxes people without the money to pay for health care. Why should health care could be subject to a tax? Is there no limit to the power of government? Well, after the dumb analysis of Chief Justice Roberts there is no counterbalance for the power to tax. The government controls the vaccinations. It controls the vaccines. It controls the vaccinators, the doctors, nurses and assistants. It controls the health care industry, the people and the markets. It controls the insurance companies. It controls the procedures. It controls the total health care system including the prices of the products. Then it forces people to buy an insurance policy or pay a fine.  If this isn’t 1984 style power then there’s no such thing as power. The ACA is not only a tax. It’s a massive list of Constitutional Violations government was never granted the power to do. The fact that it presumed un-granted power is more than sufficient to eliminate PPACA. It should be repealed.
