His health is poor due to an unhealthy lifestyle which cause a stroke which has limited his ability to comprehend the spoken word and has also limited his speech. He can no longer speak quite as clearly as he needs to. He cannot drop out because he’s the front-runner relying on his stroke to get the sympathy vote. No one else can get the sympathy because no one has the health issue, his stroke, that Fetterman has.
