Viability happens at birth. Until then the fetus is in the care of the pregnant woman and it’s her decisions that are legal and meaningful, despite what the biased and warped U.S. Supreme Court says about it. Here’s hoping the intelligent among us keep the pregnant woman in mind and respect her decisions about her body. If the Supremes make Abortion a crime they will merely send pregnant woman someplace else to keep control of their bodies. Hope that doesn’t happen but it appears that it will. Phooey!. The Supremes should know better but they have swallowed a false ideology promulgated by the 100% male Catholic Church, an institution that remains one of the biggest enemies of America, women and a human life here on earth. A Fetus is not viable until birth. Before birth or after a premature birth a fetus needs special care to continue to develop. That care means a fetus is not an independent being. A born baby needs care too but not the kind of medical care needed by a fetus. The world needs a human set of rules about getting and performing abortions. The chances of that seem to remain very small. Sooner or later that will change but until then woman are in danger from society.
