Whoopi believes Race is all about and only about being black so she believes that the holocaust wasn’t about race…. She’s in the process of being enlightened but so far it’s not working.. Forrest Gump: “Stupid is as stupid does.” It’s hard for some people to step outside of themselves or to learn that the world isn’t about them. Whoopi has been far too successful because she’s black. People have been deferential to her because she’s black so she hasn’t progressed as far as she should have. She’s learning that many, many people don’t like her because of her personality but Whoopi will go on believing it’s all about racist white people instead of learning about the other people in the world. Her big mistake was in believing that race is exclusively about being either black or not.
