U.S. President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin face off on Wednesday in their first meeting since Biden took office with wide disagreements likely and expectations low for any breakthroughs. We wouldn’t be surprised if scrapple-brain Biden offers Putin a few states to get his memory back. Biden forgot the names of the states so it won’t be a loss to him if Putin gets a few of them.
