More and more traffic.. More and more people in more and more stores that are re-opening because there’s nothing the governor legally can do to stop them from re-opening… He doesn’t have the power to do what he did.. It was a gross violation of both Pennsylvania’s and America’s Constitutions. No one ever gave the power to shut down commerce to anyone, least of all to Tom Wolf. He simply took it by threat and now he’s threatening to arrest, jail and fine violators. His problem is any violator who brings up the Constitution as their defense agaisnt the illicit shutdown of commerce. The governor may be able to regulate commerce between PA and other states but he has no power over commerce within Pennsylvania. None. Zip. Nada. Zilch. Zero.
