Shut him up. The idea that he has ANYTHING to say about the way the House is run is Un-Constitutional. The House makes it’s own rules. U.S. Const. Art. I, Sec. V, Clause II. Those rules are prohibited to the President, just as the House cannot sign a bill on behalf of the President. Obama violated the separation of powers in his speech December 28, 2012. He is instructing the Congress but he has no authority to do that. He wants the Congress to do things but he has no power to say that. He can do lots of things as president but he cannot interfere with the House of Representatives nor can he butt in the Senate. So keep to yourself Barack. Stay in the White House and leave Congress alone.
