Japan refused to surrender after the bomb went off over Hiroshima and took their time surrendering after a second bomb was exploded over Nagasaki.
Japan behaved atrociously during World War II. A sneak attack at Pearl Harbor compared to America dropping millions of leaflets warning Japan what would happen unless they surrendered. They didn’t.
Obama hates America, perhaps as much as the Japanese did when they started WWII against America. Maybe America will be fortunate. Maybe Obama will retire to Japan.
