Indifference, toleration, confrontation or discussion? Which response is appropriate? Do you want to confront someone who offends you? No if you can’t win. If the players are equal in power you can decide whether or not you want to have a conversation then which conversation do you want to have? That also depends on the power of the players. If they are equal in power, a conversation can happen. When one side has more power the conversation will become a confrontation.
