America has 350 millions guns in private hands but California’s highly restrictive gun laws made sure there were no armed Americans in San Bernardino when they began shooting innocent Californians. The two dysfunctional Muslim terrorists were able to massacre innocent Californians without being interrupted. They knew there wouldn’t be a counter-attack because the State of California disarmed the people.
