In 1930 the federal government spent 3.4 percent of gross domestic product (GDP). In 2014 the federal government spent 20.3 percent of GDP but spending alone doesn’t show the progress of Hillary’s Big and Bigger Government. There are also the expansion of regulations, social conditioning and setting the social and economic agendas that are paid for by the 20% of the economy that’s no longer in private hands.
