It’s harder to drive a motorcycle than drive a car. You can buy a mototcycle but in Pennsylvania you need a license from the state of Pennsylvania before you are allowed to drive it on the streets and roads of Pennsylvania. I learned to drive a motorcycle when the guy I bought the bike from showed me how to operate to foot controlled clutch, the left hand shift lever on the tank, the brake by the right foot and the throttle on the right handlebar. That’s harder than a modern motorcycle with a hand clutch lever and a left foot shifter. I learned on a 1961 61ci full size Harley-Davidson. A Harley today has a 135ci, more than double the size of the 1941 engine and the modern motorcycle is a lot easier to drive than the 1941 Harley was.
