It’s called the Federal Bureau of Investigation because America is not supposed to have a Federal Police Force. The FBI was approved because it was supposed to “Investigate” not “Enforce”. Why was that? One reason is the absence in the Constitution of police. The Military is created in the Constitution but not the Police.
So Setting up a Federal Police Force was not within the powers of the Congress to use. There are two ways to know that. First it’s not in the enumerated powers. Second, it’s prohibited by the Ninth Amendment which says any powers not delegated to the Federal Government belong to the State or the people. How did the FBI come to get guns? How did they become a Federal Police Force like the Soviet GRU/KGB or the infamous NAZI SS? Gradually so almost no one noticed.

This amounts to nothing less than the overriding of American laws, up to and including the United States Constitution, in favor of United Nations laws that would henceforth be implemented in the United States itself — without any consultation of Congress at all.”
The Federal Government has police control of 25 cities per this by Rush Limbaugh. “The Obama administration’s Department of Justice already controls the police departments in more than 25 cities. They control the police department in Ferguson, for example. They control the police department in Baltimore now, and in Oakland. What’s happened is that every time there’s some sort of civil unrest, the DOJ goes into action to investigate what went wrong, the atrocities committed against the ordinary, average, everyday citizen by the local police department, and then they issue at some point a consent decree requiring that if these cities want to continue to receive any kind of federal aid whatsoever, they must subject themselves to federal control over the police department, and that has happened now in 25 American cities.
The Obama Regime has gotten together with the United Nations to announce a global police force to fight extremism in the US. “The groundwork is being laid for federal and international interference down to the local level. ‘The Strong Cities Network,’ Lynch declared, ‘will serve as a vital tool to strengthen capacity-building and improve collaboration’ — i.e., local dependence on federal and international authorities.”
But that’s Rubbish from the Obama Regime that’s sold America to the U.N. by gradually moving into American Law Enforcement and over-riding Local American Police Departments with U.N. ideas directed not by the local townships but by the Federal Government run by Washington D.C. and reporting to the United Nations. Gradualism is how the FBI grabbed Federal Power and gradually is how Obama is bringing U.N. Law Enforcement into America. Curse him.
