Why did Obama agree to have the United Nations direct and control 25 Local Police Forces in America? America never had Federal Control of any local police departments. The Constitution never gave the President the power to enforce State or Local Laws. How did Obama get away with moving the United Nations into 25 American cities? Partly because almost no one knows about it; partly because almost no one cares and partly because almost no one objected.
