25 years: there are now about 100 million Americans who are too young to remember 9/11.. Some of them already forgot 9/11 and elected Mamdani Mayor of New York City just last year.

There are far more who do not remember the First Arab-Israel War of 1948 which was 72 years ago Then there was the massacre of the Israel Athletes 54 years ago in Munich in 1972 that has not been mentioned for decades… forgotten.. Then Iran took 52 Americans hostage for 444 days in 1979, only only 47 years ago.
As confirmed in UN Security Council resolution 2379, Daesh (The Islamic State) has perpetrated crimes including ‘murder, kidnapping, hostage-taking, suicide bombings, enslavement, sale into or otherwise forced marriage, trafficking in persons, rape, sexual slavery and other forms of sexual violence, recruitment and use of children, attacks on critical infrastructure, as well as its destruction of cultural heritage, including archaeological sites, and trafficking of cultural property.’ The real scope of the atrocities is yet to be established and mass graves continue to be discovered. then there is Osama bin Ladin, the founder and first general emir of al-Qaeda from 1988 until his killing in 2011…… In his 2002 letter, he described the 1948 formation of the State of Israel as “a crime which must be erased“.[73][86]

In May 2026, Iraq’s Martyrs Foundation announced preparations to examine and document roughly 13,000 graves dedicated to victims of Baath-era crimes (such as the 1988 Anfal campaign against Kurds and the 1991 uprisings) as well as victims of later extremist groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS. Additionally, UN reports have estimated that up to 12,000 to 13,000 victims were buried across hundreds of ISIS-linked mass grave sites. [1, 2, 3]

The 2014 Siege of Amirli: During the rapid rise of ISIS in June 2014, at least 13,000 members of the Shia Turkmen community in the town of Amirli were completely besieged. The UN issued urgent warnings at the time that the trapped population faced an imminent threat of a mass slaughter before the siege was eventually broken. [1, 2]
So…. Will America forget 9/11?… Based on history the clear answer must be yes. Based on the size of the attrocity probably not for quite awhile. But 9/11 will eventually be sent into the dustbins of history.. That’s how history works.. Pity… Shameful….
