While a single pen seems very expensive to me, being that I’m a pre-WWII born Philadelphian whose parents while solidly lower middle class somehow enfused high value in me. I’m looking at a photo of Mom, me and my younger brother in front of a Victory Garden at Oxford avenue and Large streets in Northeast Philly. Meat, certain canned goods, tires and other rubber goods, and gasoline were rationed during World War II made me conscious of the availability or lack therof of certain items so I’m frugal. the SCHONDSGN pen I have is expensive but actually lower in cost than some other pens I have. It’s a wonderful pen. I cannot praise it enough. It writes wonderfully. Get at least one.
