Her title was:

STUDENT RETENTION AT THE
COMMUNITY COLLEGE:
MEETING STUDENTS’ NEEDS

Her quest was to find our why students dropped out of Community College. After writing about it for 138 pages we don’t find the answer. There are a load of possible answers but there’s no coherent reason nor any answer to why students drop out. Jill finished writing it when she was 55 years of age.

Significantly … she did not analyze the intellectual capability of the students or rate the effectiveness of the teachers.

She wrote …. and the college approved…. “…the nature of the community college metamorphoses into
the institution it is today.”

What does that mean? The Metamorphoses (Latin: Metamorphōseōn librī: “Books of Transformations”) is an 8 AD Latin narrative poem by the Roman poet Ovid…. So Jill Biden’s sentence means that the Community College poems into what it is. … That makes no sense.  She should have written “morphed” which means changes slowly into something.

She stated: “Dreams were made possible through the establishment of the Community College.”…. But dreams are different than learning. A college is a place for learning, not making dreams come true which is cannot do unless the dream is to attend college. But a two year Community College is not a place for serious learning. That takes a college… a full time four year college, not a community college which is vastly different than a four year college. The students shouldn’t be fooled or tricked into believing it’s the same thing. It isn’t.

“The college promotes diversity and multi cultural and global awareness.” What about educating people? That’s the purpose of an education and that’s the purpose of a collage..To educate people, not to turn them into social justice warriors with a bigoted view of the rest of the world. Whoever guided Jill Biden into producing her dissertation gave her a lot of bad advice.
