Whether or not an actual list of clients maintained by Jeffery Epstein existed, the fact is: Jeffery had clients, those clients exist and the names of those clients exist. No doubt he had a roledex or some sort of index with names and telephone numbers and they exist.
In addition he had relatives, friends and others with whom he associated over his lifetime. All of those individuals are vulnerable to negative consequences as a result of Jeffery and Ghislaine’s association with them therefore it is important that their names not be associated with Jeffery and/or Ghislaine.
