Sotomayor wrote. “Orders the Navy’s Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival? Immune. Organizes a military coup to hold onto power? Immune. Takes a bribe in exchange for a pardon? Immune. Immune, immune, immune.”
Sotomayor is completely wrong. Is Sotomayor even sane after we heard her make these insane accusations?
She also seems to have failed to grasp that the president is the Commander in Chief of the entire U.S. Military with all kinds of destructive power up to and including nuclear weapons at his say-so. He can simply ORDER THE MILITARY to assassinate whomsoever he decides is a danger to America and POOF! Away they go. .
