“It’s too big a bet to simply hope Americans will overlook or discount Mr. Biden’s age and infirmity that they see with their own eyes,” the New York Times board said.

At this stage of the 2024 pre-election there is a considerable percentage of people who are concerned that Joe Biden who is in the middle of an impossible to win battle with dememtia/Altzheimers and the very real possibility that the life of Joe Biden will soon be over. There are plenty of people who are the same age or older than Joe Biden who are in much more control of their intellect than him. No one likes to watch people lose their battle with life but everyone goes thru it. Some people age faster than others and Biden has had a long life but it is extremely clear that he is in the end stage of life. He has lived longer than the national average and he has become president but that stage of his life is clearly over. Unfortunately, the decision to leave office rests with a man in the throes of dememtia, a man who is literally incapable of correctly and properly judging his intellectual ability which is clearly shot. No one likes to watch the diminution of life. There are no doubt individuals who dislike Joe Biden. I’m not in with them. I do not want Joe Biden to continue with his presidency but I do not want to see his grip on life get weaker by the day which is what I’ve been watching. It’s long past the time for Joe Biden to retire. It’s also long past the time for Joe Biden to leave the presidency and even though the unlikable Kamala Harris would replace him, it’s best for Joe Biden that she do that ASAP.
