Putin will have to remove his military when Trump gets re-elected in 2024 do he is best advised to get out of Ukraine ASAP. America should build military bases in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland ASAP. The UN should impose sanctions on Russia and Putin for Putin’s violations of the peace of Ukraine.
