Truth is hard to find in the Courier when it comes to Claire Risoldi. The Courier is in the middle of Democrat voters. Risoldi is a successful Republican fundraiser in Democrat Bucks County. Bucks voted for Hillary over Trump and Biden Over Trump… Bucks is Philadelphia in the burbs..

So it’s no surprise that Claire Risoldi was illegally prosecuted and illegally sentenced by an Un-Constitutional Prosecutor and an Un-Constitutional Judge. Risoldi was even jailed before the end of the trial for talking out loud. No Surprise she was found guilty… No surprise but very corrupt.

Why wasn’t Risoldi prosecuted by the local District Attorney? Because the DA refused to do it. Why wasn’t Risoldi tried by a Bucks County Judge? Because every Bucks County Judge refused to try her.

So a prosecutor was appointed by the Democrats in Harrisburg who arrested Risoldi and forced her to a trial by a judge from two counties away. That’s un-Constitutional. That’s like trying an American citizen in Iran for violating American laws in America. Completely illegal…. Completely Un-Constitutional. Naturally Risoldi appealed and because no sentence is final until all appeals are over, Risoldi has not been sent to jail. No surprise her sentence was continued. House arrest… without an ankle bracelet. Fast forward four years, all her seized assets have been returned to her. Also no surprise The Courier falsely reported “Risoldi To Pay Less”. Wrong.. 100% WRONG! 100% WRONG BY THE COURIER……

Risoldi’s payments were returned to her.  Returned assets aren’t less… They are zero. Here’s the kicker that shows mendacity on the part of the Courier… Why were Risoldi’s assets returned? BECAUSE THEY WERE WRONGLY TAKEN. The government had no right to Risoldi’s assets. They seized them in violation of the American idea of a fair trial. They seized them in violation of trial by a local prosecutor. They seized them in violation of the American idea of a local judge. They seized them in violation of cruel and unusual punishments. They seized them in violation of the same laws for all. Those are violations on both the Pennsylvania and the Federal Constiution levels.

In plain English,  Claire Risoldi was captured, tried and sentenced just like The Soviet Union captured, tried and sentenced Alexander Solzhenitsyn. This is another set of crimes that cry to the heavens for justice. Justice for Alexander Solzhenitsyn.. Justice for Claire Risoldi and justice for America.
