No need for crime to gradually increase in Northampton township. It can come all at once from Philly.
The Biden administration has wrongly framed changes to zoning laws as a way to create generational wealth among minorities as well as reverse historic housing practices.. HA HA HA. As if wealth is generated by apartments, not the other way around.

The problem is that most communities, don’t like being subjected to a federal carrot-and-stick policy on zoning laws.
There are other issues. Existing homes get devalued. Apartments increase the demand for more police and bigger schools such as Council Rock is building while the local community is shrinking. This building in the face of fewer students is what the teachers have been planning for without providing any local jobs, which of course they cannot do because they haven’t the intellectual ability to do that. These are dumb, evil people
And with budget shortfalls due to the pandemic, this seems attractive for Philadelphia and the Wolf Administration who are at a loss to create real wealth-building options because they don’t have the brains to do that.
For $900 million a 50 story apartment building with six three bedroom apartments per floor (six people per apartment) can be built at Buck and Holland Roads.. The Holland Tower will provide apartments for 1,800… ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED more people, more crime and more violence to Bucks County. One more reason the Biden Administration is bad news. .
