Criminals are members of a race of people. Crime has no color but race has and unfortunately black people, black men especially are found to be criminals by a trial. The results of trials show that black men are the most criminal followed by Hispanics, whites and then Asians. 
Why is that? No one’s talking. There is certainly no race of people who are born to be criminals. There is however and unfortunately one race of people who have more trouble with the law than the others. The FBI supports that conclusion with statistics that prove just that. They don’t say why that is. Perhaps they know why it is but they just won’t tell us but the facts show they don’t know why some people become criminals. What about prison justice reform to get the incarceration rates down? Good idea but nothing to support it. Criminals think different than non-criminals and no justice reform programs target the mind.
