He’s lacking so much that it’s impossible to accept that he won the election but the vote count confirmed it. The president does some nutty things. Most people don’t do things like hair sniffing and hand rubs on young people. Biden did those things and has backed off. Our problem is finding out what motivated that behavior. Has it been stopped or merely brought under control, ready to break-out again when the triggers are present for the inappropriate behavior.
