It’s an infuriating appointment that belittles America. She says she regrets a speech she gave to the pro-China Confucius Institute but she didn’t say she regrets what she stood for and what she said. America should be represented by a person who lives America and can speak for the best of America to the rest of the world. “This speech is cheerleading for the Chinese Communist Party,” Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, said during the hearing. In it she said China can be a force for good in Africa. No,… China is an evil dictatorship, a force for evil and no amount of back-pedaling can remove her praise for China that she confirmed in her speech. She can say, as she has, that she regrets it but she did not deny what she said. She is one big, bad, wrong and frankly crazy choice for the most important, the most visible Ambassador at the United Nations.
Also, Biden’s ill-advised decision to fly the Gay Flag at American Missions shows America supports gay people over and above other people and is so against America because it divides people along sexual lines instead of uniting people which should be the mission of the president. Newt Gingrich is appalled that Biden went against America’s traditional values and against those who are appalled that this administration would fly the gay flag at American embassies all over the world. respect for gay people does not require positive affirmation of the gay lifestyle which is confirmed by flying the gay flag or displaying the gay flag as a banner.
