Finally the idea of black’s using sporting events to send political messages is going to stop. Finally… At Last….. At Long Last …….  politics is being removed from sports. Finally!

The ban preventing athletes from protesting or demonstrating at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics has been upheld by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The protests have been led by blacks since 1968 so the ban will affect black athletes more than other raced athletes. It needs to be extended to America, to the NBA, the NFL, MLB and all other professional sports where the disrespectful actions of blacks has sent millions of fans away.

Fifty three (53) years ago as October 16, 1968, two blacks raised a fist thereby disrespecting America during the playing of “The Star-Spangled Banner”. They never  made a case for their protests. Time magazine on October 25, 1968, wrote: “Angrier, nastier, uglier’ described the scene in Mexico City last week

In a statement released on Wednesday, the IOC said it had come to the decision to continue with the Rule 50 ban after a 10-month consultation process with over 3,500 athletes, who represent 185 different National Olympic Committees and all 41 Olympic Sports.

According to the survey: “A clear majority of athletes said that it is not appropriate to demonstrate or express their views on the field of play (70% of respondents), at official ceremonies (70% of respondents) or on the podium (67% of respondents).” Good for the IOC. Common sense has prevailed.

Rule 50 states that: “No kind of demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda is permitted in any Olympic sites, venues or other areas.” The Rule strives to ensure that the focus at the Olympic Games remains on athletes’ performances, sport, unity and universality, according to the IOC.

Sanctions for athletes who violate Rule 50 will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Last month, the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee stupidly announced Team USA athletes would be permitted to hold up a fist, kneel, and wear garments promoting racial and social justice while taking part in all future US Olympic & Paralympic Trials events. No one has proven there is actual racism in America yet the protests against whatever it is have gone on. America has bent over backwards and spent trillions of dollars and continues to spend trillions of dollars but it’s not enough. No one knows what the protests are about since slavery has been banned in America for over 155 years. That’s eight generations ago yet the protests are so effective at getting free stuff that they are going on, and on, … and on.
