The basis of gun ownership is freedom. Biden is restricting freedom by restricting the ability of people to acquire “arms”. The freedom to acquire “arms” is the basis of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which prohibits restrictions on “arms”. Biden is specifically violating the prohibition imposed on him by The Second Amendment. The Second Amendment however is not the beginning of freedom. The Constitution is the basic protection of individual freedom and Biden is violating the Constitution itself.
