Vote counting is delayed so the count can be “adjusted” after the election to favor a political candidate. ….It’s easy to manipulate a vote count. ….It can be done at a polling place by only one person.. The election returns are hand carried to the county Board of Elections. Along the way a new return sheet can be used to replace the correct one. All of the return sheets from all of the polling places don’t have to be changed. One or just a few can be “adjusted” on the way to the courthouse with the return sheets. Simple as that, the election is fixed to favor one candidate. How can that be detected? It’s almost impossible to detect by a novice but a trained, competent, honest investigator can detect some of the cheating. In Philly, for example, after the polls close the politicians go to the homes of the people they want to say they voted when they didn’t. A bribe can help smooth over the lies. Other’s can be tricked into thinking they are voting after the polls close. A little thought can reveal some of the vote-fixing schemes. Retired politicians can tell the stories about how they fixed the vote. It may come to the government investigating the election fraud that wrnt on and at this moment is still going on.
