Carlo Maria Viganò is an archbishop of the Catholic Church who served as the Apostolic Nuncio to the United States from 19 October 2011 to 12 April 2016 and is presently serving in Kosovo. 
He sent President Donald Trump a letter to encourage him on this righteous battle of good versus evil playing out in the United States today. It has a lot more to do with Abortion than anything else. Abortion in the Catholic World is the most grave sin and President Trump is on record as opposing abortion. Also, the president is appointing an anti-abortion Catholic, Amy Comey Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court. It is no surprise the Catholic Archbishop of Ulpiana (1) supports President Trump because they hold the same position against abortion.
