America has been irretrievably hurt by the stupid, moronic, un-American behavior of black, racist Alvin Bragg and his band of chipmunks aka the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. To retrieve his lost innocence Donald Trump can use one or more of the following mechanisms:

1. He can make an attempt to dismiss the entire case. 2. He can try to relocate his trial outside of New York City. 3. He can make an effort to disqualify the prosecutor or 4. the judge in his case. 5. He can try to move the case from state to federal court. 6. He can engage in extended negotiations over security protocols for his appearances in court. 7. He can move to reduce his charges from felonies to misdemeanors.

Trump’s lawyers have also signaled they are 8. likely to try to get the judge to pry into the grand jury proceedings, looking to show that the charges lack probable cause or 9. that there was some impropriety in instructing the grand jurors. Such efforts are almost impossible in federal courts, but allowed in New York.

“You’d … make a motion to ask for the court to review the grand jury minutes and determine whether or not the D.A. presented legally sufficient evidence,” said Michael Scotto, a former chief of the Rackets Bureau in the same Manhattan D.A.’s office prosecuting Trump. “It’s not the lockbox it is in the federal system.”

Bill Barr Ripped the Trump Indictment. Barr Called It A “Disgrace” And “Abuse” Of the Legal System. Barr didn’t go nearly far enough. It’s a legal Shit-Storm by a Crap Individual Who Needs To Be Stopped. 

It’s the archetypal abuse of the prosecutorial function to engage in a political hit job, and it’s a disgrace.
