Unless you want to participate in some fashion just wait it out. It may never disappear completely but the riots, arson and looting will decrease as store owners learn how to cope with the rioters. Metal grating over windows either in front of or behind or both will stop physical entry. Fire-proof materials, metal and glass to avoid arson damage. Better identifications of criminals which will lead to more arrests which will lessen the number of incidents but be sware that the riots are race-based and because race is always with us, race based riots will not stop.
