It’s an 8,200-square-foot mansion in Washington, DC, that they bought for $8.1 million.
Their home in Chicago is located at 5046 S. Greenwood Ave in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood that they bought for $1.65 million in 2005. It’s valued at about $2.5 million.
In late 2019, the Obamas bought the above 6,892-square-foot house at 79 Turkeyland Cove Road near Edgartown, Mass on Martha’s Vineyard for $11.75 million. According to the report from the Vineyard Gazette, it sits on nearly 30 acres overlooking the Edgartown Great Pond. It has 15 rooms, seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half-bath, plus a swimming pool.
