It’s simple to rig mail-in ballots. Send them to the residents of nursing homes where they are intercepted by Democrat staff, filled out to help Democrats and returned.
Mail in ballots from Republicans will sit in mail bags inside the post offices and not be counted for a long time if at all. I’ve seen this personally here in Bucks County, PA.. How do they know who the Republicans are? There are voting lists that clearly show that so it’s easy for anyone who is a bit crooked or who has been paid to do something to be very selective with the mail.
