Conventional wisdom, at least from Liberals, as well as the prevailing worldview throughout history has been that economic, cultural, and other environmental forces are the preeminent causes of group and individual behavior. Modern social science has typically taken this perspective and promoted the idea that “all babies are born more or less equally endowed in intelligence and
learning ability”. It followed therefore that inequalities were the result of social, economic, and political forces. This worldview generated many strategies for  intervention in the home, the  workplace, the mass media, the criminal justice system, and even the entire social–economic system. Some have been effective and are almost universally accepted, whereas others have failed and produced only shattered expectations, resentment, and inter-ethnic hostility. Those shattered expectations come from wrong and false premises. A premise is something assumed or taken for granted. A wrong premise leads to wrong conclusions while correct premises lead to correct conclusions. The idea that: “all babies are born more or less equally endowed in intelligence and learning ability” is a false premise but it is used to extract money from governments who take the illicit money from innocent people. That’s one danger of the false premise about all babies. The second danger is it leads to false conclusions from people who receive the illicit money. The two false premises cause race-based hostility which needs no additional causes. The races are hostile enough that they need no additional aggravants to increase the differences.
