Tom French was murdered by a prosecutor, a judge and a jury, all of whom conspired against him to charge him with benefiting from the proceeds of a robbery, a robbery that never happened. His wife Claire Risoldi, her son and her daughter by a previous marriage, and innocent Tom French were all wrongly charged and wrongly sentenced by a politically inspired rogue prosecutor, a severely mislead jury and a judge who should have known better and who should have recused himself because he was not permitted to operate outside his Montgomery County, PA jurisdiction. The Risoldi’s were entitled by the Federal Constitution to a trial by a local judge. Judge Gavin was not a Bucks County Judge. It was truly an Alice in Wonderland trial were justice became injustice and innocence became guilt. Claire Risoldi was the wife of Tom French when she was wrongly charged with insurance fraud for trying to collect for her insured belongings from the insurance company AIG. As of December 31, 2016, AIG companies employed 56,400 people. Wikipedia. In effect the legal miscreants accused Risoldi of being smarter than 56,400 people. This is criminal fraud by the legal and justice system. It began with the wrongful arrests and continued with the selection by Bucks County President Judge Jeffrey Finley who assigned Gavin to the Risoldi case in February 2015 after the entire Bucks County judicial bench recused itself, citing potential conflicts of interest. Claire Risoldi and her family are well-known in Bucks County’s Republican Party circles. The PA Attorney General who had Risoldi arrested in a Democrat and is in jail. The case should have been laughed out of court. Instead it was purposely continued by the judicial cabal. The result was a startling 11 1/2 month sentence for an alleged $10 million insurance case. AIG needs to be put on trial as well as every Bucks County judge and Montgomery County Judge Gavin.  Justice needs to be served here but it’s gone begging. There also needs to be a civil trial brought by Claire Risoldi and her abused family in Federal Court for the violations of their civil rights under color of law, 43 USC 1983-1988.
