A second string player who hates cops just got a $60 million to $80 million dollar payday. Such injustice shouldn’t be tolerated in a moral universe but somehow it is. Kaepernick should not be permitted to make fools of the NFL players nor should he be allowed to make fools of the police who in addition to protecting everyone protect Kaepernick too.
His decision to kneel during the national anthem made him a divisive figure and a bit of a laughing stock among the better people.

Fans have watched less and less football because of the lousy morals, the low principles of a game that, ironically relies on rules yet fails to follow the basis rules of a culture that trouble shouldn’t be rewarded.
