America desperately needs a two-tiered education system but the powerful educators make more money by refusing to properly educate black Americans which simultaneously mis-informing and mis-educating White Americans.
Also, they build un-needed schools to get more money and a higher income stream from taxes then after the school buildings are built or “modernized” the income stream is given to the educators. The average educator in this district makes over $96,116 —the top make $107,000 but they only work 9 months each year yet they whine and complain they are underpaid. The $96,116 is their base salary. They make more if they accept additional duties such as coaching inter-mural sports or collecting the equipment after coaching. For reference the district has many professionals in addition to the mostly middle class residents. The educators know they can get high salaries and who can blame them? Like everyone else they want to be highly paid for working with the difference that they have been successful with their pay strategy and tactics to quietly increase taxes to get more and more money.
