Racism Cannot Be Overcome By Forcing Unqualified People Into Jobs They Cannot Do.

Let’s agree there are two kinds of jobs. Jobs which most people can do and jobs which fewer people can do. Airline pilots, crane operators, business owners, managers are jobs which not everyone can do. If an unqualified person is hired to be a crane operator the mistake will quickly become obvious.
Suppose a poll of crane operators finds black people are under-represented compared to the percent of black people in the overall population. Should government force crane owners to hire incompetent operators?
Only if black people can operate cranes. Is the company guilty of racism because there is an insufficient number of black crane operators?
What about airline pilots? Should airlines be forced to hire a certain percentage of black pilots when there are few black airline pilots? Is the airline racist because it has a lower percentage of black pilots than the percent of blacks in the population? Yes if the thinking of the Left is in control.
How about professors who can teach physics? Math? Spanish? Are schools racist if they have a lower percent of blacks? Yes if the thinking of the Left is in control.
