The second Amendment needs to be clear so it should be expanded to make it “unambiguously conform to the original intent of its draftsmen” so it should read: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to acquire, keep, bear and sell Arms at all times shall not be infringed.”
