The 9th Circuit court is almost a subversive force operating inside the American government. They ruled against the temporary additional vetting procedures in the president’s Executive Order that applied to non-American individuals who want to enter America. The 9th Circuit seems to forget that the American homeland was attacked on 9/11/2001 by religious based foreign enemies. Many additional attacks have taken place inside America and in many other foreign places, all perpetrated by foreign born enemies which President Trump want’s to vet further according to his Executive Order of January 27, 2017, EO #13769 and EO #13209.
The 3 judges decided to make Immigration law. Since the total number of people in the seven countries is about 180 million The judges concluded every one of the 180 million wanted to come to America. Clearly that’s false. It’s faulty logic which makes for bad law.
In addition since there are 196 countries in the world the emigres have 184 other choices in addition to the United States.
The court knows the people in the seven countries are mostly Muslims so the court concluded the President’s ban is based in religion. In fact the EO denies that but the court who is willing to accept the words of others when it suits the purposes of the court is not so willing to accept the words of the President. That’s hypocricy on the part of the judges.
Why did they do what they did? They thereby put American’s in danger to accommodate some non-American people who aren’t American. Why? No one knows or if they know they aren’t talking. Either way the judges were wrong.
