Black’s Boycott Trump Inauguration. . . . Why?. . . . There’s Too Much Race-Based Hatred In America That Increased Under President Obama.

Sam Moore and his singers were a notable exception. His rendition of “America The Beautiful” backed up by a wonderful chorus on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial was a beautiful reminder of the strength of America being the people. Hat Tip and hats off to Sam Moore, a great American.

But it was obvious at the pre-inauguration concert in front of the Lincoln Memorial that blacks are following their civil rights leaders and boycotting Trumps Inauguration.

From the Chicago Crusader: “Black lawmakers in Washington are gearing up to boycott the presidential inauguration of Donald Trump, ushering in a new, aggressive era of Black activism in what many fear will be a tumultuous period for civil rights leaders.

“Members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) aim to make a statement to the nation’s Republican leadership.”

The division needs to stop. The wounds need to heal. It’s time to begin.
