According to NBC NEWS, their Fact-Check of Trumps Acceptance Speech showed not all of what he said was according the their very-Hillary biased Fact-Check.
TRUMP CLAIM: My opponent wants to essentially abolish the 2nd amendment.
THE FACTS: Clinton has proposed gun regulations, like background checks to purchase firearms. Yet the 2008 Supreme Court decision protecting and individual’s right to possess firearms also stated that the right isn’t unlimited — and can be subjected to regulations.
BUT! “Gun Regulations” are laws that are infringements against the 2nd Amendment which violate the Constitution in addition to the 2nd Amendment which reads: “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Violating the 2nd Amendment is or will lead to Trumps claim that Hillary wants to essentially abolish the 2nd Amendment. The NBC Fact-Check is wrong.
