All religions consist of a set of beliefs although not all belief’s are religious. Religions are systems, sort of a complete set of ideas, bounded by reality.
Belief’s are not the same as knowledge Knowledge requires truth which means proof whereas belief’s do not. The basis of all spiritual belief’s are a special category of ideas that exist contrary to evidence. That’s what makes them both belief’s and spiritual. There are only two ways to live your life. One as though nothing is real. The other is as though everything is that exists is real.”
