The Power of Congress has failed to act to halt the power grab by President Obama. All 50 states are involved since Obama’s power abuse has affected every American in every state.

The president not only has limited powers, he is supposed to enforce the laws of America. That’s part of the Oath of Office he took twice. It says: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” He’s failed to execute the office of the President. That happened when he decided not to enforce Immigration Laws. It happened when he instructed the Black Panthers case be dismissed. It happened when he issued 38 exemptions to the Affordable Care Act, aka. Obamacare. He actually refused to enforce the law named after him.

President Obama is involved in perpetrating a Major Abuse of the Power of the President. He is perpetuating a terrible defeat of the Rule of Law.

But Congress has no will to confront the President. The failure of the Congress to execute their powers to stop the power enlargement by the President is a failure of power. A Power Failure.
