Each individual has male and female chromozones but most individuals have a preponderence of one or the other which makes then male or female. Trans people are different. They contain larger characteristics of both genders hence they present as both although they usually are physically one or the other. But… The amount of male and female varies in transgender people. We know how and why that happens but we do not know how to prevent it. We do not even know if it should be prevented.
