Iran refuses to even talk to America’s Middle East Envoy Jewish Steve Witkoff or Nuclear Negotiator Jewish Jared Kushner making those conditions part of their demands to end the war. Iran also wants more money and no more military or civilian attacks on Iran. Also they want money to use the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz and the Gulf of Oman. There are however two pipelines across Saudi Arabia that can get oil from the Persian Gulf to the Red Sea. Unfortunately they do not have the capacity to replace the large oil tankers that must travel thru the Straits of Hormuz. This is a serious situation.
