How can cancelling race-based laws be racist? First because DEI is racist; that is it was aimed at benefitting only some races. Second because cancelling a policy that penalized whites required even more race based laws. As long as a law is based on race or has some race-based elements in it ti is racist. Third, since it removed race based benefits that were necessarily based on race it must be racist a priori. Government never should have gotten involved in race-based solutions but it did so more race based solutions need to be enacted to eliminate the previous race-based laws. Got it?
