Loury holds that America is Racist… That’s Denied… Noticing Criminal Behavior Is Correct.

That’s false. America does not have a race problem. Unfortunately however, America has a violent, criminal, problem race operating within. If a race is criminal it is foolish to argue that America has a problem. One race has a problem. Solutions to the various pathologies that have beset Loury’s race cannot happen if the problem is not clear. Americans aren’t racist and Loury gives clear voice to the proof that racism has been blamed for the problem of criminal pathology. The behavior of pathological criminals will never be solved by shifting the problem yet Loury while clearly and brilliantly identifying the problem and clearly proving it is criminal based, not white racist based fails to identify the solution. To be clear, Loury says that blacks have to make themselves equal and that no one can do it for us.
Sorry Glenn, the problem is not that blacks are not equal. The law treats them that way and as you so cogently admit whites are afraid to confront the real problem which is the criminality of so many blacks. If criminality is the problem, it is wrong to claim racial equality is the solution. Solving a problem of criminality means first recognizing it as Loury does. Second, proposing solutions have to begin with undoing the incorrect mental attitude that produces the criminality. That’s the second step. The third step is re-normalizing normal behavior. Fourth, catch and deal with the criminals. Society needs protection Black society is part of society so black society needs protection. Changing the wrong mental attitude of criminals is the start of a solution. How can that be done. I agree with Loury that black criminals need to fix themselves. Stop being a crook; a liar; a rapist; a murderer. Demonize crime in the black culture. Loury is a hero. America needs more black hero’s like Loury to step up and step in and stop the criminal pathology. A wrong pathology needs to be replaces with a correct pathology which is rather simple: Follow the law. Stop breaking the law. Stop blaming the wrong people and doing the wrong things. Condemn bad behavior. Change the mindset of criminals as early as it can be changed. The entire black culture needs to step up and step into this. Every black needs to stop ignoring the criminals. Every black needs to stop blaming whitey. How simple is this? He is also not grasping the enormous help that American culture can be in undoing the black criminal mind and replacing it with correct and moral ideas. American blacks can be a great example to worldwide blacks as the great success of America begins to celebrate the elimination of the black criminal, gang-banger, hate whitey culture and replaces it with the authentic American black culture. Yes, American blacks can do it. Leaders like Loury are here. Hero’s like Loury are here. American blacks have it within their power to rid their culture of criminals, enter American society and flourish.
One final thought. Blacks can change their behavior. They cannot change their nature. Solutions to rid criminal pathology from the black culture will have to sing to the music and admit the problem before any solution can be acted upon.
What that is exactly needs to be found and it must be based on the nature of black people but sadly no one seems ready willing or able to address exactly what that is. We’ve gone too far down the wrong road so getting on the right path is a big part of the solution. Finding the true nature of American blacks is a worthwhile endeavor and black intellectuals like Loury are up to the task. He knows blacks have to do it. In fact, by his wonderful analysis, he’s already begun.
